Chris Carey
Carey is editor and president of Sharesleuth.com. Before launching Sharesleuth, he was a newspaper reporter for 23 years, primarily at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Carey specializes in digging through SEC filings, court records and other documents to find information that companies try to bury. He also tracks the activities of known securities-law violators to provide early warnings of questionable new schemes.
Jim McNair
Jim McNair has been a researcher/writer for Sharesleuth.com since 2017. He spent 33 years as a newspaper reporter, with a heavy focus on exposing financial fraud and corporate and governmental corruption.
McNair covered white-collar crime at the Miami Herald for 12 years. A U.S. Army veteran, he also worked seven years as a contract researcher for hedge funds and law firms.
